At Indigo, we believe our success should depend on yours. That’s why we created The Indigo Promise—our commitment to align our financial interests with your career outcomes and provide you with a real employment guarantee.
Here’s how it works:
We recruit students to fill actual job openings within the Indigo Network, which includes local dental offices and Dental Service Organizations (DSOs). Many of these positions are available even before training is complete.
Upon finishing your training, you’ll be paired with a dedicated placement advisor who will help you find the right job opportunities and prepare for interviews. A key part of the Indigo Promise is that you actively engage with your advisor—applying to recommended positions, preparing for interviews, and participating fully in the job search process.
If, after three months of working closely with your placement advisor, you haven’t received a qualifying job offer, Indigo will defer or reimburse your training loan payments for the following three months (up to $250 per month–$750 total) while we continue to support your job search.
